We would like to thank Cynthi (Cynthia) working @ the main bar in the mornings. She was very kind and always willing to help us, so was Pedro at the Seafire Cafe. The pool servers @ the Hacienda were also very helpful.

So I booked a stay for The Hacienda at Krystal with Tafer. They are the Owner of the Hotel group. I had it scheduled for March 27. This was booked way in advance. In September of last year. Due to work training I am not able to make that date. Thats date is still a month from now. I request to have them reschedule it instead, but now they plan on charging additional fee of $100. They already charged me $241 for a reservation fee and the agent who booked said I can reschedule my dates without any mention of an addition fee. Now they are saying there is a fee. It's a BS. Do not go here.

Just got home from a week in paradise. This was my son and I first time going to Mexico and we can't wait to go back. An absolutely beautiful resort with amazing staff. Special shout out to the pool staff ESPECIALLY Antonio, Carlos, Cesar and Pedro they are the absolute best and are amazing at what they do. Thank you to everyone at the Hacienda for such an amazing vacation.
